This means, you could theoretically implant this gene to potatoes. It will be very difficult time for drug law enforcement.

I've been saying the same about THC yesterday -- what if someone took a gene and implanted it to mint? How do you tell if you have illegal version of mint? If you make tea, it's just that -- mint. If you smoke it, you get high. But how can you be responsible for knowing THC content of mint you just bought in Vietnamese flea-market?

Time for paradigm shift in this area is coming.

they now charge accounts with a 10% per year fees and keep you from using the digital money unless you upload some id scan and bill.
there are no egold exchangers online and also no news from the operator. it's just a way to legalize shrinking the metal in circulation (imho).

i became sikuli enthusiast. whenever possible, i use the jython duct tape to create something working to automate things.
but to change icons of keepass entries in a folder (so that they match parent folder icon) is still faster as export to xml, edit xml and import back than doing the same in sikuli at the same error rate

evil plans for to rule the world part one: setting the bikes in the city free. you need a valid data set to pretend a mifare rfid chip to be a client of velo'h service (not even need a credit since rides under 30 minutes are free of charge). clones of a valid card unlock bikes anywhere in the city. problem becomes visible if you fail to return the bike back to any of the deposit stations. the checkout checkin times are logged and compromised user may face charges for theft or even fare fees if bike returned back but too late (failing to protest ;) by leaving the bike in the city park

what is up right now lets you see the map of stars probably visible right now.
my 2 issues to the debate
- it might violate personal data protection legislation in europe
- the map is no good

i would be careful if linking ip (site visitor) with twitter account and geographical location (again via ip and potentially twitter data (other sources gps p.ex)) it is regulated in europe what data can be collected and how they must be treated

the map is too small and has too much text. hard to use, turn. better for the outdoor use is a smartphone. if i can't turn the map (and zoom) on the laptop then why to take it outdoors? if you can't follow the idea outdoors than you might be failing a captcha here.
